Amy Brodie Scout is an artist and arts educator from the United States. She has a bachelors degree in Fine Art and Creative Writing, and a Masters in Teaching. She has worked galleries, museums, early education, schools and community centers. Amy loves the rain, clouds, fjord, and forest paths. She hopes that her artwork invites others to find connections between themselves and our natural world.
David Villanueva is a musician, songwriter, producer and recording engineer with more than three decades in the music industry. His career has taken him from Chile to London and then Denmark. He shares his personal story and perspective on how different cultures shape the way musicians work, and the challenges he has encountered along the way.
Jake Melville is a writer and photographer living in Billund, Denmark. Originally from the United States, Jake is a passionate advocate for nature and the natural world. He hopes his art inspires people to see the world from a different perspective.
Originally from France, Nathalie Yoko is an author, illustrator and a bit of a fairy, now living in Denmark. In her creations, she brings paper characters to life in nature to share the poetry of the world, inspired by fairy tales, children’s freedom and a slow lifestyle.
Cas van der Pas (NL) is a visual artist and filmmaker. Throughout his artistic career, he has worked between documentary film, photography and contemporary art, with a sustained interest in people, memory and traces of reality.
In recent years, painting has taken an increasingly central place in his practice. He explores materiality, layers and the emergence of an image through an intuitive process in which something is continually concealed, revealed and transformed.
His work moves between the documentary and the abstract – between what we recognise and what we can only sense.
